For order over $100 will only ship to the credit card billing address. We have perceived these precautions for the safety of our customers and us. This action is to prevent recent fraudulent credit card charges through our company.

Shipping and Delivery time

The shipping options are selectable while ordering via our online shopping cart are USPS (7-10 working days), UPS Ground (5-7 working days), UPS 3days, UPS 2days & UPS Next day. Free shipping is also selectable by the order $80.00 or more (7-10 working days).

CS Power Battery Warranty

All CS Power battery comes with warranty. If you have problem with our battery with in first 3 months, CS Power Corp will issue RMA number to exchange a new one. If any battery have problem after 3 months of usage, warranty will be prorated and credited back toward the next battery purchase or store credit. For example, a one year warranty - $60 battery and used for 6 months, your credit will be $30.00. And for example, a 6 months warranty - $60 battery and used for 5 months, your credit will be $10.00.

There will be a $2.00 service charge for all same day cancellation order, due to credit card company charge us every transaction for sale & credit.

Manufacturer's Warranty

All cellular phone and bluetooth purchases are under manufacturer warranty. In the event that a product needs to be returned to a manufacturer for service or warranty work, the customer is responsible for all shipping arrangements. Please refer to manufacturer policies regarding the procedure and cost of shipping returns; please contact them for details.

Return Policy and Terms

Except for Cell phones (Prior to Manufacturer) we will exchange or refund for defective items within the first 30 days.
Cell phones are only exchangeable for same within 7 days, no refunds. The manufacturer may provide support after 7 days. Please check with the manufacturer if warranty service is available.
All products we sell, except GSM Cell phones, come with a one-year warranty and in such cases the product will be repaired at no charge. Customer only has to provide a $6.99 shipping charges (per item) for returning the product back to the customer.
After 30 days we do not exchange(defective item exception) or give refunds for any item we sell.
Non-defective items that are returned are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee.
Any item that needs to be serviced or exchanged or refunded must be sent to us freight paid by customer.
Prices cannot be adjusted once the order has been made.
Shipping charges are non-refundable in any case as we cannot reclaim these fees from our shippers.
Customers are responsible to pay for any duties, taxes, customs and other clearance fees for orders shipped outside the USA .
We do not offer any type of insurance or warranty for damage caused to personal property or items used in conjunction with the products we sell.
Damage/Loss for items must be reported to the delivery company and to us within 1 week of receiving the ordered item(s).
Please remember that we are here to help our customers. We will do our best to meet your needs and satisfaction guaranteed.
Any return or refund of product that cause the order to be below the free shipping category, customer is responsible for the original shipping charge.

20% restocking fee will be charged for a refund or an exchange if the arrangement was process over 30 days. Restocking fee will not be charged for defective or damaged merchandise, which is caused by unpredictable circumstance. Misused or abused merchandise will not be accounted as defective.

Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number which may only be issued by customer care at 626-288-8778. Note that we will not accept any merchandise sent without a RMA number.

All returns must be in original non-damaged condition, including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and accessories or else it will not be accepted. Any missing items will be subject to a replacement charge as 15% of items' price + 20% restocking fee.

Original shipping & handling charges are not refundable. Customer is responsible for shipping and proof of delivery on all returns. Please be sure that return shipments are properly packed and fully insured. CS Power Corp. - www.calcellular.com is not responsible for returned packages if lost by shipper.

Manufacturer's warranties are processed by the manufacturer. For warranty questions, inquiries, or repairs, please contact the manufacturer.

All defective merchandise may be returned back to us only within the 10 days of RMA issuance (exceptional may apply only with previous arrangement)

We don't ship any cellular phone outside of United States.
